We’re a team of loan specialists with over 20 years of experience in banking and finance. We’ve helped countless Aussies move into their new homes, and we’re here to help you realise the lifestyle and home ownership dreams you’ve been chasing too.

Meet the team

Steve Seddon
Director, Mortgage Broker

With extensive experience in the finance and banking industry, Steve has spent 12 years with the Commonwealth Bank and over 20 years as a broker. His deep understanding of lending and financial solutions enables him to deliver tailored advice and exceptional service to his clients. A team player both at work and in life, Steve brings a collaborative approach to everything he does – and when he’s not helping clients, you’ll likely find him enjoying all kinds of sports.

Judy Brown
Loans Manager, Credit Analyst

A fully qualified accountant, Judy was previously a Branch Manager at Westpac. Solution-focused and highly efficient, with excellent interpersonal skills, Judy has a way with numbers and people. When not supporting her clients; Judy enjoys shopping, spending time with her family and relaxing at the beach.

Jenny Richards
Mortgage Assistant

With a Bachelor of Business and experience in finance and freight brokering, Jen is known for her excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and approachable manner. She really enjoys helping clients to achieve their desired outcomes. In her free time, Jen enjoys spending time with family and in the garden.

Tracey Seal
Mortgage Assistant

Tracey has extensive customer service experience and is known for being reliable, efficient and a clear communicator. Highly productive and well organised, Tracey takes great pride in her work. When away from the office, Tracey enjoys family time, cooking, great food, as well as getting outside for a nice long walk.

Julie Boland
Marketing Specialist

Julie has over 17 years’ experience supporting clients in sales, marketing, and finance. She’s passionate about great service, teamwork and building genuine client relationships. In her spare time, Julie enjoys walking her dog, Jax and playing team sports – with a passion for softball.

How we work

We cut the jargon to make loans as simple and stress-free as possible. Our team work closely with you, checking in and following up often so you’ll always stay up-to-date with any developments.

Meet with us.

We can come to you or you’re welcome to come to us. We’ll explain different loan options that best suit your needs.

Loan application.

We’ll ask you for documents to prepare your application. This may include payslips, tax returns, bank statements, ID, purchase agreements or construction documents.

Unconditional approval.

You’ve now got formal approval from the lender, confirming you’ve met all the loan requirements.

Pre-approval.

Having pre-approval gives you confidence that the lender will give you the loan you require and any loan conditions.

Preliminary assessment.

We’ll prepare a preliminary assessment to make sure we’re applying for a suitable loan that meets your requirements.

Documentation.

This is where you accept the bank’s terms of the loan and make sure that all your requirements are met.

Settlement.

The funds from your loan have been released for its purpose; property purchase, refinance, consolidation, cash out, etc.
